What do I need for video counselling?

You will need a computer, tablet or smart phone with camera and audio capacity and an Internet connection. You do not need to download any software as we will send you an invitation that includes a unique link that provides direct access to our secure video counselling portal.

How long does counselling take?

Each session is 50 minutes in duration. The number of sessions depends entirely on the nature of your problem and the therapeutic approach taken by your therapist. Treatment programs may be a short as just a few weekly sessions, or may need to be undertaken over much longer periods of time.

What does video counselling cost?

Our fee is $150 per 50 minute session. Unfortunately counselling is not covered by Medicare, however you should check with NDIS or your Private Health Insurance provider to see whether you qualify for rebates.
